Because the disease develops very fast often with a tragic outcome (in 2-3 weeks and deadly in 80% of the cases), the early diagnosis of Noma is the most important. Therefore, we provide an immediate assistance in order to avoid the death of children and we inform populations with the means of awareness-raising campaigns about Noma and training-sessions for medical staff.
